Is teaching experience needed?

It’s not necessary. Your teaching experience is from TEFL or TESOL course you completed successfully.

Is there any support in teaching at class?

In kindergarten yes, you will be working with other 2-3 local Chinese English teachers.

Is there a dress code?

It’s better to wear smart-casual clothes such as a dress/skirt, coat or shirt, trousers and shoes (not trainers or sandals). Tattoos and face-piercings should not be visible when working.

What do I need to for the Z work visa application?

Requirements for application of work

Clean criminal record check

Bachelor degree or above

Passport

How much should I bring to China?

We recommend that you have around $1,000-1,200 for the first 2 months.

Cost of living in China?

Basic necessities between 2,000RMB to 3,000RMB ($300-$450 a month)
